Every new Vanagon owner should do a series of things upon acquiring a new Vanagon, no matter what the year or style. This list is a recommended set of items.

== Documentation ==
* Review previous owner's maintenance records
** Consider tracking maintenance history in a spreadsheet

== Component Replacement ==
